A growing civil engineering firm relied on spreadsheets, email threads, and paper reports to coordinate work between survey crews, designers, and project managers. Leadership needed a unified system to achieve real-time visibility and streamline field-to-office communication.
We built a unified operations hub in monday.com connecting all four departments: Survey, Civil Design, PM, and Inspections. The system features departmental boards with tailored workflows, auto-assignments that route tasks to the right person based on project phase, auto-generated daily status reports sent to leadership, and live dashboards providing executive visibility into all projects and team workloads.
