We built a complete operations hub in monday.com connecting sales, production, and finance. The system features a sales pipeline with lead capture, deal stages, and proposal tracking with automated follow-ups, a production hub with 5 service boards including capacity planning and delivery tracking, handoff automation that triggers project creation with all client details when deals are won, and a profitability layer with budget vs actual tracking, revenue dashboards, and margin alerts.
